Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Gardener to join our team. In this position, you will be responsible for lawn and garden maintenance for both commercial and private properties mostly in Ladysmith. If you enjoy working outdoors, we would love to hear from you.

Duties:
- Planting new gardens
- Pruning trees and shrubs
- Weeding and mulching garden beds
- Operating hand tools such as pruners, shovels, and rakes
- Performing landscape maintenance tasks
- Utilizing power tools for larger projects. Eg. Hedge trimmers, mowers

Experience:
- Previous experience in garden maintenance
- Basic pruning techniques
- Basic plant knowledge and identification
- Ability to operate power tools effectively

Requirements:

- Can operate a MANUAL vehicle (Valid Class 5 license)
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail

- Physical stamina to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team

- Own work gear (gloves, steel toe boots) and hand tools (hand pruners)

Job Types: Full-time, Seasonal
Contract length: 10 months

Pay: $24.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 - 40 per week
