Position Summary:
Attendance to classes, assessing class participation of students. (M/W/F, 8:35 - 9:25 AM)
Assist the Course Coordinator to design quiz questions.
Grade quizzes, final and oral presentations.

Qualifications:
Candidates must be enrolled in a graduate program within the Department of Biochemistry, or in another graduate program at McGill University (i.e.: ANAT or EXMD graduate program), for the Winter 2026 term.
At least one (1) year experience in the Graduate Program.
The candidate has received a grade of at least B+ in the BIOC 458 course or an equivalent.
Effective communication skills in English are essential. French is an asset.
Instructions to the Candidate:
Make sure you apply either internal or external candidate, based on your current status in at McGill and/or Workday system.
However, if your current active position/contract with McGill is ending soon, it is best to apply as an external candidate as your access to Workday might be restricted due to contract termination.
All candidates should complete the questionnaire and upload relevant documents such as:
a copy of the McGill proof of enrollment letter for Winter 2026.
Updated CV including any previous TA experience in the Department of Biochemistry or within McGill University.
If you are an International Student, you must hold a valid study permit covering TA contract period. Please attach a copy of your study permit.
