Position Summary:
Grading short assignments, report outlines, and final papers.
Entering these grades into a spreadsheet.
Assisting students during computer labs and responding to their questions.
Facilitating student discussions.
Synthesizing and collating student genome annotations for final submission to SEA-PHAGES.
Qualifications:
Experience with phage, genomics, and bioinformatics is an asset. Having taken or previously TA'd the course is also helpful but not essential.
