This posting is for two unionized contractual appointments. A Teaching Assistant is a Graduate Student employed to assist the Course Supervisor as a Teaching Assistant in a classroom environment. Teaching Assistant Positions are governed by the Collective Agreement between McGill University and the Association of Graduate Students Employed at McGill (AGSEM).

Position Summary:

Required Duties:
Assist instructor with (1) proctoring and marking of midterm and final exams; (2) marking assignments; and (3) holding office hours

(either in-person or virtual) to address student questions/concerns about exams, assignments and perhaps also course material.

Qualifications:
BSc in Kinesiology or related field, with evidence of classroom, research (laboratory), and/or professional experience in clinical exercise physiology (EDKP 485) or scientific principles of training (EDKP 495).
Language Requirements:
Fluency in English is required. Fluency in French is a benefit, but not required
