Job Overview

We are seeking passionate and dedicated K12 Teachers to join our educational team. The teachers needed of all subjects including Physics, Biology, Chemistry, English, Mathematics, Drama and Psychology and so on.

Location: (Beijing,Xian, Chengdu, Chongqing, Pearl River Delta, Yangtze River Delta) China Contract Term: Aug. 2026 - Aug 2027 Students Age: 15~20 Work Hours for non-homeroom teachers: 8am -6pm. Work load: International Teachers: 12-25 classes/ week (45 mins/class).

Duties

Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that meet curriculum standards. Assess and evaluate student progress through various methods, including tests, assignments, and observations. Create a supportive classroom atmosphere that encourages student participation and collaboration. Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding student performance and behavior. Maintain classroom discipline while promoting respect and inclusivity among students. Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and stay current with educational practices. Collaborate with colleagues to improve instructional strategies and share resources.

Skills

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to create engaging lesson plans tailored to diverse learning styles. Patience, empathy, and the ability to motivate students. Proficiency in classroom management techniques. Familiarity with educational technology and tools for teaching. Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively. A commitment to fostering a positive learning environment that promotes student success.

Requirements:

Teaching certificate or Bachelor Education degree or above, with relevant Canadian program or AP/AL/IB professional background; 1?3 years teaching experience in an international school, experience in a boarding school or homeroom teacher is preferred; Experience in OSSD teaching and experience in overseas study is preferred; OCT certificate is preferred;
