Duties

Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with curriculum standards. Facilitate classroom discussions and activities that promote critical thinking and collaboration. Assess student progress through various evaluation methods and provide constructive feedback. Create a supportive classroom environment that encourages student participation and fosters a love for learning. Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and administration to support student success. Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and stay current with educational trends. Maintain accurate records of student performance and attendance.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field; teaching certification preferred. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work collaboratively with students, parents, and staff. Experience in lesson planning and classroom management is highly desirable. Proficiency in using educational technology and digital tools for instruction. A genuine passion for teaching and a commitment to student development.
