We are a fast-growth local business in Victoria. Now it is the time hunting talent, genuine and passionate Tea Consultants, Baristas, Bakers and Assistant Manager Trainee to join our team.
Job description
Location:
Downtown, Victoria Langford
Responsibilities:
Operating opening and closing procedures Daily operation including food and beverage service Introducing, taking and making beverage orders Preparing and baking pastries for sale in a timely manner Making special order such as custom birthday cake and decoration in delightful Assisting store manager for daily operation management
Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent Experience in Tea, Coffee, beverage, pastry, food service, customer service, event planning or social media marketing Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills To be efficiency work at fast paced High performance on operational, sale and management Logical and strong leadership skills Logical and strong problem solving Willingness and hungry to learn and execute new changes Be independently and work with a team environment Enthusiastic on social media management and event planning Willingness to be relocated in other location if is needed
