We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Bubble Tea Maker to join our vibrant team. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting delicious bubble tea beverages while providing exceptional customer service. Duties

Prepare and serve a variety of bubble tea drinks according to established recipes and customer preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace, adhering to food safety and hygiene standards. Operate cash registers, handle cash transactions, and provide accurate change to customers. Assist with food preparation tasks, including the handling of ingredients and toppings for bubble tea. Engage with customers in a friendly manner, taking orders and answering any questions about menu items. Monitor inventory levels of supplies and notify management when stock needs replenishing. Follow all food handling protocols to ensure the safety and quality of products served. Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive work environment and efficient service flow.

Qualifications

Previous experience in food service or the food industry is preferred but not required. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately. Knowledge of food safety practices and procedures is a plus. Excellent time management skills to efficiently handle multiple orders during peak hours. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. A passion for bubble tea and willingness to learn new techniques in drink preparation is essential.
