Department Overview
Co-op and Internship opportunities allow you to gain valuable work experience across a number of the businesses at TD. You will work with experienced colleagues, receive world class training, and be part of a community of students across TD, where you will have an impact, grow as individual and experience our culture of care. Our Co-op/Intern Programming is offered with select Co-op and Internship roles, and is designed to help you better understand the TD business, build on critical career capabilities, and broaden your professional network. As a member of the TD Insurance Innovation team, you will help to deliver high-priority strategic projects for TD Insurance and lead the firm\xe2\x80\x99s innovation strategy. You\'ll help the team keep their fingers on the pulse of cutting-edge technology, new fintechs and insurtechs, as well as disruptive apps and businesses that are gaining attention in the insurance, banking and tech spaces.
Job Requirements

• Current enrollment in a relevant post-secondary program
• Passionate about innovation, technology, and finding better ways to do things
• Be an inclusive team player who brings flexibility, humility, and professionalism to their work
• Self-motivated with a curiosity and passion for learning new things
• Able to analyze data using Excel and present it to senior leaders in visually appealing ways that simplify complex ideas using Powerpoint and/or other similar tools
• Design - graphic design, user experience design, user interface design, human centered design, design thinking
