Role: Desktop Support Engineer -Bilingual Location: Montreal, QC-ONSITE Duration- Long Term Role and Responsibilities

  • Knowledge on End User Computing Devices (Laptop / Desktop / VDI) Expertise on windows 7/ 10 administrations Good troubleshooting skills on MS Office, O365, Internet Explorer and other Operating system related issues Knowledge on PC and peripheral Hardware troubleshooting (including print & scanning devices) Hands on Experience on MS Office upgrades / deployments Working knowledge on Dell laptops/Desktops hardware issues Troubleshooting of Office 2016 issues Knowledge in troubleshooting VPN related issues Mobile Device Management support Experience on Windows Imaging process using SCCM Experience on Data Migration tools and O365 One drive Knowledge on windows server operating system, DNS and DHCP Knowledge on Switches and Routers Good communication skills and should be good in French
Good-To-Have
  • Knowledge on Application packaging and Imaging SCCM Knowledge Experience on Office 2016 upgrades / Deployments Microsoft Windows Certification
