Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable Independent Taxi Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing safe and efficient transportation services to passengers while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. As a Taxi Driver, you will navigate local streets, manage time effectively, and maintain the cleanliness and functionality of your assigned vehicle.

Duties

Transport passengers to their desired destinations in a safe and timely manner. Maintain knowledge of local streets, traffic patterns, and points of interest to provide optimal routes. Provide excellent customer service by assisting passengers with their needs, including handling customer packages. Handle cash transactions accurately and provide change as needed. Conduct regular inspections of the vehicle to ensure it is clean, well-maintained, and in good working condition. Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while driving. Manage time efficiently to minimize wait times for passengers and maximize service availability. Operate two-way radios

Requirements

Valid Class 4 driver's license. Strong time management skills to ensure timely pickups and drop-offs. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with passengers. Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly. Currently seeking drivers for evening shifts. Criminal Record Check required Clean Driver's Abstract required

Expected hours: No less than 36 per week
