? Your Responsibilities
Preparation and Filing
Prepare basic personal and corporate tax returns (T1, T2)
File tax documents electronically using TED and secure portals
Track acknowledgments, notices of assessment and correspondence from Revenu Quebec and CRA
Convert prior-year tax files as needed
Document Management and Compliance
Create, update and maintain tax files in our internal systems
Open new files and submit authorization forms (MR-69, AUT-01)
Ensure the accuracy and compliance of client information
Administrative and Technical Support
Compile required documents and data (slips, bank details, summaries)
Complete basic tax forms (elections, credits, refunds)
Provide support to the tax team during peak periods
Client and Government Interaction
Follow up with tax authorities on file statuses or information requests
Maintain professional and confidential communication with clients
Participate in continuous improvement of tools and internal processes

Your Profile
Education and Experience
College diploma (DEC) in accounting, administration or a related field
Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience, preferably in a professional firm or accounting environment
Technical Skills
Basic knowledge of Canadian and Quebec tax systems (asset)
Familiarity with tax software (Taxprep, CCH iFirm) is an asset
Comfortable using government portals (TED, My Account, Represent a Client)
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Outlook and Word
