Responsibilities

Manage accounts payable processes, ensuring timely and accurate payments. Conduct thorough audits of financial records to maintain compliance and accuracy. Perform account reconciliations to resolve discrepancies and ensure data integrity. Utilize accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, Xero, or similar tools for bookkeeping tasks. Assist in payroll processing and budgeting activities. Analyze financial data to provide insights and support decision-making processes. Collaborate with team members to streamline financial operations and improve efficiency.

Experience

Proven experience in accounting or financial services is preferred. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial information. Familiarity with auditing processes and best practices. Proficiency in accounting software including QuickBooks, Sage, Xero, or similar platforms. Knowledge of investment principles and payroll management is a plus. Experience in bookkeeping and budgeting will be beneficial. Pay: $40,000.00-$48,000.00 per year
