Title: Tax Manager
Seeking a Tax Manager.
The ideal candidate is a CPA with advanced tax training, strong corporate and personal tax expertise
, and a proven ability to mentor junior professionals while delivering exceptional client service.Key Responsibilities:
Client Advisory & Planning
Advise clients on
corporate reorganizations, rollovers, windups, and succession planning
. Deliver proactivecorporate and personal tax planning
to help clients maximize tax efficiency and savings. Manage the preparation and review ofT1, T2, and T3
returns and related filings. Collaborate with clients on strategic planning related to estate, trust, and business transition matters. Resolve client tax issues with precision, clarity, and empathy.Leadership & Mentorship
Provide technical guidance and review work to ensure high-quality deliverables. Encourage professional growth, development, and accountability within the team. Cultivate an environment that prioritizes collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning.
Practice Development & Growth
Actively participate in
business development and client relationship expansion
. Support the ongoing growth of the tax practice by implementing best practices and efficient processes.Minimum Qualifications:
CPA designation
(required)Enrollment or completion
of theCPA Canada In-Depth Tax Program
orMaster of Taxation
4+ years
of experience inpublic practice tax
, currently at theManager level
Strong technical knowledge incorporate and personal tax compliance
Experience withtax reorganizations, planning, and succession strategies

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $100,000.00-$122,000.00 per year
