Tax & Operations Coordinator

for mutual fund and insurance investments.
It's ideal for someone with experience in
financial services, accounting, or tax preparation
who's ready to take ownership of firm operations and grow into a
Senior Operations Manager
position.
Key Responsibilities
Office Administration
Manage client documentation, scheduling, and e-signature workflows
Maintain CRM records, compliance files, and internal reporting
Support advisors with meeting preparation and follow-up tasks
Tax Preparation (T1 Personal Returns)
Prepare and organize personal tax returns using
CCH iFirm Tax
software
Gather and input client tax slips and supporting documents
Monitor filing deadlines, e-file submissions, and CRA correspondence
Accounting & Bookkeeping
Record and reconcile firm accounting transactions in
QuickBooks Online
Track expenses, revenue, and advisor commission schedules
Assist with monthly reporting and year-end preparation
Trade Processing (Administrative Only)
Input mutual fund and segregated fund trades under advisor supervision
File trade confirmations and reconcile client account records
What You Bring
2-5 years of experience in
financial services, accounting, or tax preparation
Hands-on experience with
QuickBooks Online
,
Excel
, and
CCH iFirm
Strong attention to detail, organization, and accuracy under deadlines
Clear written and verbal communication skills
Professionalism, confidentiality, and a strong sense of accountability
Interest in learning operations management and compliance processes
