Objectif du poste :
La Coordonnatrice en recrutement et operations soutient les fonctions de recrutement et des operations RH. Elle est responsable de l'integration des nouvelles recrues, de la gestion des verifications de references et des tests de depistage, et agit en tant qu'experte en matiere de processus RHIS (Systeme d'Information des Ressources Humaines). Elle aide a coordonner les offres verbales et ecrites et fournit un soutien administratif a l'equipe RH dans son ensemble. Ce poste agit en tant qu'ambassadrice de l'equipe RH et est souvent le premier point de contact pour les questions des employes et des nouvelles recrues.Indeed
Responsabilites :
Commander les verifications de references et organiser les tests de depistage/physiques pour les nouvelles recrues, surveiller leur realisation et suivre les resultats. Utiliser son jugement en collaboration avec les partenaires RH lors de l'analyse des antecedents des candidats.
Surveiller les formulaires des nouvelles recrues.
Communiquer les offres verbales aux gestionnaires d'embauche; envoyer ou annuler les lettres d'offre ecrites.
Preparer les dossiers du personnel des employes.
Assurer l'entree en temps opportun et precise de toutes les transactions liees au RHIS pour les temporaires, les nouvelles recrues externes, les promotions/transferts internes et les remplacements de postes vacants.
Coordonner et superviser le processus de demande d'employes temporaires en rencontrant les agences externes de maniere hebdomadaire, en suivant les progres et en relayant les besoins en personnel du gestionnaire d'embauche.
Partager les informations des nouvelles recrues avec la paie en maintenant la documentation interne/externe, en assistant aux reunions de paie et en maintenant le suivi hebdomadaire.
Traiter toutes les factures liees a l'integration de maniere opportune et s'assurer que le paiement est effectue.
Administrer et suivre le programme de recommandation des employes.
Assister a la preparation du materiel d'orientation des nouvelles recrues et presenter la section RH aux nouvelles recrues.
Aider a la publication des offres d'emploi, a la preselection des CV et a la planification des entretiens pour les postes syndiques et soutenir le recrutement pour les postes exemptes.
Effectuer diverses taches administratives telles que le classement, la commande de fournitures, la numerisation et les projets administratifs selon les besoins.

Experience requise :

Competences requises :
Connaissance de base des activites des ressources humaines.
Bilingue (francais / anglais)
Maitrise de Microsoft Word, Excel et PowerPoint.
Vitesse de frappe d'au moins 50 mots par minute.
Solides competences en service a la clientele.
Capacite a maintenir une confidentialite stricte.
Doit etre autonome avec la flexibilite d'effectuer une variete de taches, des plus simples aux plus complexes.

Position Objective
The Recruiting and Operations Coordinator assists with the support functions of talent acquisition and HR operations, is responsible for the on-boarding of new hires through background screening and drug testing, is considered the subject matter expert on the HRIS Manage Hires process, helps coordinate verbal and written offers, and provides administrative support to the overall HR Team. This position acts as an ambassador for the HR Team and is often the first point of contact for employee and new hire questions. This position will conduct new hire orientation, job posting, resume screening, and candidate selections
Responsibilities
Order background checks and arrange drug screens/physicals for new hires, monitor completion and track results. Use judgement in collaboration with HR Business partners when conducting candidate background analysis.
Monitor new hire forms.
Communicate verbal offers to hiring managers; send or rescind written offer letters.
Prepare employee personnel files.
Ensure timely and accurate entry of all HRIS related transactions for temps, external new hires, internal promotions/transfers, and vacancy backfills.
Coordinate and oversee temporary employee requisition process by meeting weekly with external temp agencies, tracking progress, and relaying the hiring manager's staffing needs.
Share new hire information with payroll by maintaining internal/external documentation, attending payroll meetings, and maintaining weekly tracker.
Process all invoices related to on-boarding in a timely matter and ensure payment is completed.
Administer and track employee referral program.
Will assist in running new hire orientation materials and presenting the HR section to new hires.
Will assist with posting jobs, resume screening and routing, and interview scheduling for union positions and will help support hiring for exempt positions.
Misc. clerical duties as assigned including filing, ordering supplies, scanning, and administrative projects as needed.
