We work alongside our members throughout their lives, saving them over 22 million dollars through year-round collaboration on optimal tax strategies and planning, allowing them to focus on what matters most: running their businesses and enriching their communities.Position OverviewAs a Tax and Member Services Advisors, you will take the time to understand our Member\xe2\x80\x99s financial situation and provide tailored tax strategies that minimize taxes in both the short and long term. In addition, you will introduce them to our full range of services, including bookkeeping, legal assistance, payroll, and access to financial and estate planning professionals. This includes support in areas such as estate planning, retirement planning, and cash flow management, as their needs arise.Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Tax and Member Services Advisor, you will:

  • Provide exceptional tax and accounting advice to FBC members.
  • Foster strong relationships with FBC members and secure member referrals.
  • Recognize member needs and connect them with our other domain experts within the company and network.
  • Participate in community events.
What you Will BringExperience:
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience with a tax preparation or accounting firm.
  • Proficiency in tax preparation & accounting software, preferably with Taxprep and Xero. iFirm knowledge would be desirable.
  • Experience preparing tax returns for farms, small businesses, and corporations.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
  • Superior client service skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Proven ability to consistently meet deadlines.
