Job Description

MY Ink Tattoo Studio

is seeking a dynamic and experienced Tattoo Shop Assistant to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about the creative industry and skilled in content creation, digital marketing and studio operations. You will be responsible for assisting with bookings for all our artists, implementing effective marketing strategies to attract new clients, and handling our social media presence.

Responsibilities:



- Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones.

- Coordinate all aspects of the studio's social media presence, including content creation, engagement, and analytics.

- Design and execute promotional campaigns and events to enhance visibility and customer engagement.

- Build and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring a positive and enriching experience that promotes loyalty.

- Analyze market trends and customer feedback to adjust marketing strategies as needed.

- Assist the studio team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.

- Collaborate with studio artists to create engaging marketing content that highlights their artistry and unique skills.

- Handle photography and image editing tasks for promotional content using Photoshop and other relevant tools.

- Administrative duties including front desk responsibilities, greeting clients, scheduling, daily cleaning and organizing of common areas, and inventory management.

Qualifications:



- Education in Marketing, Business Administration, Photography or related field.

- 3+ years of experience in marketing or sales, preferably in the beauty, fashion, wellness, or creative industries.

- Proficient in digital marketing, including SEO, social media management, and content marketing.

- Strong customer service skill with experience in studio operations.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Creative thinker with a strong problem-solving aptitude.

- Experience with CRM software and customer data analysis.

- Skilled in using Photoshop and other image editing software, along with experience in operating professional cameras for photography.

Schedule:



- 12pm-7:30pm, 5 days per week.

Contract length: 6 months

Pay: $17.20-$20.00 per hour
