We are looking for a part-time Taproom Server to join our growing team this spring. Banished started selling beer in June 2022, and we've been growing steadily ever since. Our beer is available right across Newfoundland & Labrador, and has begun making its way off the island to other Atlantic Provinces. We're growing quickly, which means it's a fast-paced environment and we pride ourselves on being able to adapt. We're looking for team members that want to grow with us and bring a fire to want to tackle the challenge head on.
You'll be working directly with our Taproom Manager to ensure our customers have an amazing experience visiting our brewery, as well as working in our retail shop.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Build a solid understanding of our beers & menu, you'll need to be comfortable guiding patrons to a selection that they'll enjoy to the fullest Cleaning and maintaining the bar and seating area. Cleaning and maintaining customer restrooms. Staffing the retail section when required. Cleaning and organizing the retail section when required. Preparing beer/merchandise orders to be sent via Midland or Canada Post. Assisting with canning and kegging of beer products if needed.
REQUIREMENTS
Ability to lift up to 100lbs (full kegs are heavy!) Flexible schedule, including evenings & weekends

Craft Beer/Taproom/Restaurant Experience Familiarity with Square POS & inventory management software
