What You'll Be Doing:

Serving guests with genuine enthusiasm and a welcoming smile Guiding visitors through our beer menu and helping them find their next favorite pint Maintaining a clean, organized, and energetic taproom environment Telling the story behind Fahr Brewery and our brewing process Handling payments, tips, and transactions with accuracy and accountability Cleaning, restocking and setting up the bar before and after shifts Supporting team members and helping wherever needed to keep the good vibes flowing
What We're Looking For:

A big personality with a love for engaging with guests Passion for craft beer (beer knowledge is a plus--but we'll teach you if you're new!) Reliable and dependable--you show up on time and ready to rock your shift Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and still stay on top of things A team-first attitude with great communication skills Must be ProServe certified and legally allowed to serve alcohol in Alberta Must be able to handle kegs and stand for long periods
Bonus points If You:

Have previous serving or bar experience Know your way around German-style beer (or are curious to learn!) Love people, live music, food trucks, and brewery vibes
