Taproom General Manager
to take full ownership of the front-of-house experience--someone who treats the taproom as if it were their own business.
About the Role
This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for the full day-to-day operation of the taproom, including service, food preparation, atmosphere, staff coordination, event planning, inventory management, and social media. You'll work closely with ownership and be a key part of driving our guest experience and overall brewery culture.
Key Responsibilities
Serve guests and create a welcoming, memorable taproom experience
Prep and cook dishes in our small kitchen
Manage the taproom atmosphere (lighting, music, cleanliness, vibe)
Oversee schedules, staff needs, and internal communication
Maintain FOH inventory for beer, food, and supplies
Plan, organize, and execute events
Create and manage social media posts and engagement
Attend weekly team meetings and support brewery-wide planning
Ensure taproom processes run smoothly, efficiently, and safely at all times
What We're Looking For
Experience in hospitality or restaurant/taproom management
Strong leadership and communication skills
Comfortable cooking simple dishes and working in a small kitchen
Organized, reliable, and able to juggle multiple priorities
Creative mindset for events and social content
A genuine love for craft beer and community
