**Job Overview:**We are seeking a dynamic Taproom Associate for tours and tastings to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and customer service, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.**Responsibilities:**- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner to understand their needs and preferences- Provide exceptional customer service by offering product recommendations and assisting with inquiries-Comfortablitly with public speaking in large groups and directing tours- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits- Process transactions accurately using the point of sale (POS) system- Maintain a clean and organized store environment- Assist in restocking merchandise and monitoring inventory levels**Requirements:**- Proven experience in sales or customer service is preferred- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail setting while maintaining a positive attitude- Knowledge of market trends and products to assist customers with informed purchasing decisions- Bilingual proficiency is a plus- Ability to conduct public speaking or product demos is an advantageJoin our team and be part of a vibrant retail environment where your sales skills and customer service expertise will shine!Job Type: Part-timeExpected hours: 8 - 24 per weekBenefits:
