Our firms fast-paced work environment is not only challenging but also rewarding.Job Requirements:- Drafting correspondences, pleadings and applications;- Preparing Chambers applications and discoveries;- Trial preparation;- Attending all levels of the Courts;- Conducting legal, policy and general research; and- Interacting with clients.Qualifications:Associate Position:- If you are applying for the Associate position, you must have at least 1 - 3 years of work experience with a good standing with the Law Society of BC;- Familiarity and experience with civil litigation and family law cases would be an asset;- Strong communication and interpersonal skills;- Good attention to detail;- Highly organized, able to multi-task and work well under pressure; and- Ability to work well in a team.Articled / Law Student Position:- Our preference for the Articled / Law Student position will be given to applicants who have obtained Juris Doctor degree qualifications in Commonwealth countries and are NCA Candidates; and- The same foregoing skills mentioned under the Associate Position.How to Apply:To apply, please provide:1.
