This advertisement is for Articled Student / Law Student - NCA Students. We are currently seeking individuals who can support our lawyers and staff members to provide the highest quality of legal services.

Job Requirements:

- Drafting correspondences, pleadings, and applications;

- Preparing Chambers applications and discoveries;

- Trial preparation;

- Attending all levels of the Courts;

- Conducting legal, policy, and general research; and

- Interacting with clients.

Qualifications:

- Our preference for the Articled / Law Student position will be given to applicants who have obtained Juris Doctor degree qualifications in Commonwealth countries and are NCA Candidates;

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills;

- Good attention to detail;

- Highly organized, able to multi-task and work well under pressure;

- Ability to work well in a team; and

- Familiarity and experience with civil litigation and family law cases would be an asset.
