Please include availability in application or we will not look at it Bronzeado is looking to add a motivated, energetic, passionate, dynamic and enthusiastic sales service member to our team! You will directly assist our customers and help ensure they receive a tanning experience specifically tailored to their individual needs by educating customers on the tanning process, the benefits of premium skin care products and the value of our other products and services we offer, including the infrared sauna and jewelry and accessories. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated to excel with a strong desire for both personal and professional growth. Familiarity with tanning and the sales process is a must, and a strong customer service background is preferred.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist our customers and help ensure they receive a tanning experience specifically tailored to their individual needs by educating customers on the tanning process, the benefits of premium skin care products and the value of our other products and services. Maintain the cleanliness and integrity of our salon through a series of daily tasks and cleaning duties Effectively address customer requests appropriately by escalating where and when necessary to appropriate levels of management team. Comprehend all pricing, products, service techniques, current promotions and advertisements.
QUALIFICATIONS

A strong work ethic (self-motivated to take on tasks) and retail background preferred. Proven track record in a sales or customer service environment highly desirable. Stable work history and responsible person. Must be comfortable engaging customers in a sales environment. Computer proficiency. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

We offer a flexible work schedule - set days possible if preferred. Competitive hourly pay and commission on product sales.
