The Role:



As a Talent Manager at SmallScreen, you'll represent and manage a roster of Influencers ranging from 100K to 10M followers each, and act as the lead in sourcing, negotiating, and executing their campaigns and projects. Your clients will trust and rely on you to make their dreams a reality, and you'll be given the tools to make that happen. You'll work to put your clients in front of some of the biggest brands in the world, developing and presenting unique pitches to build creative and effective campaigns that millions will see worldwide. If you're social, detail-oriented, and a strongly motivated individual who wants to work with some of the biggest creators and brands in the world, you'd be an excellent fit for us.

Your Responsibilities:



Build strong relationships with your clients by:

Spending the time to get to know them, and understand what they're working towards. Meeting with them often to build strategies and roadmaps for partnerships. Guiding them on how they can grow their followings by staying updated with the latest trends, news stories, social insights, etc. Aligning with their short- and long-term goals and building deals to get them where they want to go.
Get them brand deals by:

Managing and prioritizing brand relationships, building and presenting unique pitches. Identifying and assisting in the signing of new talent. Negotiating rates, deliverables, and expectations with partners on behalf of the talent. Maintaining an organized process and structure, following SmallScreen's protocols and tracking systems.

Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment Ability to craft and present pitches to brands in written and presentation formats Excellent organizational and project management skills

Pay: $60,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
