The Role
As an Talent Development Coordinator on Early Career and Campus side will be responsible for aiding in the planning and execution of training programs for Interns, Analysts and Associates. This individual will collaborate with the Program Managers, subject matter experts, and external vendors to execute development programs for incoming and existing employees.

Key Accountabilities
What you'll be doing:
Managing of rosters, mail groups, and reports
Internal speaker and external vendor scheduling
Calendar maintenance
Preparing training materials for distribution
Creation and review of feedback surveys
Catering and event planning
Space management and room setup
Cost tracking/budget reconciliation
Performing other various ad-hoc administration activities to support the effective running of development programs

Skills & Experience
Must Haves
High School Diploma/Equivalency
College degree preferred
HR experience is a plus
Strong computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office products
Detail orientated with organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment
Goal oriented, self-motivated and results driven
Exceptional writing and interpersonal skills
Nice to Haves
