Reporting directly to the VP People & Business Operations, the Talent & Culture Coordinator helps foster a culture of creativity, collaboration, and performance through administrative human resources and operations support for the Business Operations team.

Hours of Work:
35 hours per week, 7 hours per day, 9:00am-5:00pm PST Monday to Friday (or as agreed upon with Team Lead). All conditions of employment will be in accordance with the BC Employment Standards Act.
Compensation:
$50,000 to $65,000 per year

Technical Competencies:
1+ years experience in human resources, communications, operations, administration, or similar.
Familiarity with virtual communication tools (Slack, Google Suite, or other).
Familiarity with project management tools (Asana or other).
Familiarity with information management systems (HRIS or other databases).
Experience with collecting & analyzing data, and developing & delivering presentations.
Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition
+ Recruitment: help ensure an excellent recruitment process by managing and innovating Stocksy's hiring cycles, including posting and promoting new positions, sourcing passive leads, conducting initial screens, scheduling interviews, responding to career inquiries, conducting reference checks, and managing a seamless experience for our hiring panels via our HRIS.
+ Onboarding: manage our onboarding procedure, including sending welcome packages & swag, coordinating onboarding schedules, submitting IT & Finance tickets, handling Class B membership, and coordinating equipment.
+ Employer branding: deliver proactive employer branding, including updates to our website, public-facing collateral, and team handbook.
Workforce Planning
+ Policies and procedures: organize and make accessible our internal policies and procedures, assist with contract updates, and ensure accurate & accessible storage within our HRIS, project management software, and Google Drive.
+ Total rewards: conduct annual salary benchmarking company-wide, administer group benefits, and coordinate our education & wellness allowance, vacation policy, and other perks & benefits available to staff.
+ Offboarding: assist with offboarding processes, including de-activations and equipment recovery.
+ Holidays: manage our time off policy and tracking, coordinate Stocksy's holiday closures, ensure fluid communications & tracking for all statutory holidays across various jurisdictions.
Culture & Engagement
+ Team-building: coordinate team and recognition activities in collaboration with Operations & Governance Director, including DEIB initiatives, anniversaries, birthdays, social & team-building activities, and member engagement events.
+ Feedback: manage our feedback channels within the cooperative; administer, analyze, and report out on company surveys and other sources of data.
Operations
+ Administration: assist with calendar coordination and scheduling company-wide events, support governance activities, and liaise with third-party vendors and partners, including property management.
+ Communications: assist with membership communications across the cooperative.
+ Reporting: deliver research from internal and external sources to support engagement, operational, and wellness strategies and projects across the cooperative.
