What you will do:
  • Responsible for end-to-end coordination of the Talent Management annual cycle including year-end performance reviews, compensation, talent pipeline and calibration, and mid-year check points. Responsibilities include scheduling, training materials, coordinating with stakeholders, communications, and reporting
  • Workday (LMS) Learning Administration: manage the training calendar, sustainability planning, review/approve content, deploy learning, and create/maintain learning resources
  • Coordination with subject matter experts and 3rd party vendors
  • Training logistics per delivery modality: classroom/software, materials, instructors, etc.
  • Monthly and ad hoc reports
  • Other administrative duties as required
