Talent Acquisition Specialist
Altus Group is embarking on the next evolution of data, software and consulting services globally within the Commercial Real Estate industry. We\xe2\x80\x99re growing our offerings to enable our domestic and global clients to unlock the value their commercial real estate through best-in-class professional services and software for better decision-making.
We\xe2\x80\x99re adding world class talent to our teams which means we need a new Talent Acquisition Specialist to help achieve our goals.
The Opportunity
As our new Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will work as part of the Global Talent Centre of Excellence, with a primary focus on supporting recruiting efforts across our BU\'s in North America. You will leverage your talent acquisition experience in a way that has significant impact on the development of our internal teams and support the growth targets of Altus Group.
Additionally, you will have the opportunity to be a part of a Global Talent Acquisition team that focuses on continuous improvement across processes, technology and deliver a best in class experience to candidates.
Responsibilities:
Provide full-cycle recruitment support to hiring managers including
Building a passive and active candidate pool for positions across the countries and business units you support
Ensure candidates have a positive experience through our recruitment process, whether they are the successful or not
Assess candidates through telephone screening calls, or through pre-recorded video interviews
Support hiring managers through the recruitment process through setting and meeting appropriate expectations, building relationships that foster trust and result in better recruitment outcomes
Guide decision makers through the candidate selection and offer negotiation process
Initiate and complete reference and background checks as required by region and position
Administer the process through our ATS (Workday) ensuring proper documentation and accurate data leading to meaningful reporting
Identifies and utilize channels for advertising and brand distribution to develop Altus Group\xe2\x80\x99s employer
Partner with the Human Resources team and other Centres of Excellence when required to ensure the best possible outcome is achieved through the process or as ad-hoc decisions need to be made
Requirements:
Undergraduate Degree
3+ years of related experience in high-volume Agency Recruitment or HR/Talent Acquisition
Experience within Talent Acquisition in Professional Services, Commercial Real Estate or another high volume setting is preferred
Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (Workday is an asset)
Advanced knowledge of social media tools used in recruitment and employment brand marketing
Strong written and verbal communication skills
This position will be Remote/ Hybrid working with an ad-hoc requirement to attend the Toronto office location and in the surrounding area for events/ job fairs etc.
