As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be part of a high performing team responsible for full cycle recruitment for branch, underwriting, and claims positions within various regions in BC. You are passionate about finding the best talent and seen as a trusted advisor by your hiring managers and the People and Performance team.

You will build strong working relationships with all hiring managers; conduct kick off meetings to gather meaningful information to ensure accurate understanding of recruitment needs and provide an excellent experience to both your hiring managers and candidates.

Why we\xe2\x80\x99ll love you:

• You are a juggler! You can handle multiple priorities at the same time
• You value the importance of an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience
• Bring a minimum of two years\' experience in full cycle recruitment handling a requisition load of 20-25 roles at a time
• A Degree in Human Resources, business or a related field, or equivalent experience
• A natural communicator with the ability to develop trusting relationships with candidates and hiring managers
• Advanced computer skills including experience with applicant tracking systems (Dayforce preferred), LinkedIn, and proficiency with MS Office suite
