Your responsibilities will focus on proactive sourcing and recruitment of a full range of roles, including sales, technical, and professional positions. The successful candidate will have a passion for recruitment and be able to bring best practices to their role and to help enhance our current recruitment process and analytics. • Leverage your network to proactively reach out to potential passive candidates
• Review candidate inventories and contact potential applicants to screen for qualifications and arrange interviews
• Provide professional and friendly experience during the recruitment and selection process
• Collaborate on strategies to source top candidates
• Advise job applicants on employment requirements and compensation packages
• Use traditional and non-traditional resources to develop sourcing opportunities to identify and attract quality candidate and build candidate pipelines
• Provide insight and analysis of market trends and candidate behaviors
• Develop a thorough understanding of the profiles for which you are hiring by forming and maintaining a relationship with hiring managers
• Coordinate logistics of entire recruitment process from vacancy identification to candidate sourcing and interviewing to presenting the employment offer

What makes you awesomePrimary Requirements:

• 2-5 years of experience in talent acquisition
• Highly motivated, engaging and enthusiastic
• Experience in owning the full cycle recruitment process
• Strong time management and organization skills to help with high volume recruitment activity
• Superb sales abilities to engage interest in harder to fill roles
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in creating a pipeline of candidates from multiple sources
• Thrive in a fast-paced and agile workplace environment
• Comfortable learning new technology
• Highly adaptable and able to pivot to changes in process
• Completion of a post secondary degree in a related field of study or equivalent experience
