We\'re looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join us at Thinkific! As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you\'ll quickly become an expert at finding creative ways to source exceptional talent for our team, selling them on the opportunity to impact our company, as well as our award-winning culture that prioritizes caring about its people. You\'ll provide a phenomenal experience for candidates in their journey to Thinkific and support our hiring leads with growing their teams. Reporting to the Talent Acquisition, Lead, you\'ll collaborate with our broader People team to ensure we\'re seeking out the best matches for our roles based equally on skills and values fit. Your goal will be to hire top talent for Thinkific. Here\'s how you\'ll accomplish this:

• Build a pipeline of strong, diverse candidates (both active and passive) across various roles in multiple departments (including R&D, Sales, Marketing, Support, and Operations)
• Execute on the full-cycle recruitment process: from writing job descriptions, screening resumes, coordinating assignment reviews, scheduling and conducting interviews to delivering offers
• Partner with hiring leads to provide guidance and feedback through the recruitment process to support current and upcoming recruitment needs
• Contribute to a number of recruitment-related projects and initiatives, including suggesting process improvements, fine-tuning interviewing techniques, Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging (DEIB) initiatives, and evolving our employer brand

• Has 4+ years of experience in a full-cycle recruitment role including technical hiring
• Is driven to provide nothing less than an amazing candidate experience\xe2\x80\x94they have proven this in past roles by going above and beyond to ensure candidates leave happy, regardless of the final outcome
• Loves to attract top talent and is passionate about talent acquisition, committed to building out their full-cycle recruiting skill set, including sourcing, interviewing, and candidate experience
• Has a natural ability to communicate with others and use their strong interviewing skills to dive deep into each candidate\'s unique experience
• Is resourceful and enthusiastic about experimenting with innovative strategies to attract candidates
• Possesses a high level of adaptability\xe2\x80\x94they don\'t mind switching gears if plans suddenly change
• Loves to learn and grow. They\'ve found (and keep looking for) ways to level up their skills in this field, whether that\'s through formal education, gaining professional experience, or maybe even building their own business

• Experience with our tech stack\xe2\x80\x94we use Greenhouse as our ATS, BambooHR as our HRIS, Slack for communication and coordination, and track our tasks and projects in Asana
• Familiarity with the Topgrading methodology and have a proven record of hiring a high percentage of "A players" (check out Who: The A Player Method for Hiring if you want a good summary)
