The Talent Acquisition Partner must be comfortable to navigate a very busy and fluid manufacturing environment as well as a robust corporate staff structure. You will work to establish and maintain close relationships with hiring managers across departments to ensure clear expectations for candidates and interviewers. Manage relationships with external recruitment agency partners ensuring staffing needs are met in accordance with agreed upon mandates. Devise and implement sourcing strategies, such as an employer branding initiative, to build pipelines for potential applicants.
