Role Overview
Reporting to the Group Talent Director and working closely with our People teams in the United States and Canada, we're looking for a collaborative and driven
Talent Acquisition Manager
to drive forward the strategy and execution of our recruitment activities. These will include a range of specialised roles across multiple studios.
Talent Acquisition are strategic members of the HR team who partner with hiring managers to ensure the business recruits the best candidates in the market. You will ensure that we prioritise quality over quantity, and that your approach is personalised and ensures an unparalleled candidate experience.
The type of person who will excel in this role is someone who is process driven, highly communicative, proactive in their work, and has an interest in mobile games.
Your Responsibilities
Partner with senior leadership and HRBP's to create and implement hiring strategies that cover a wide range of positions in our studios located across the United States and Canada
Develop relationships across the wider organisation to build understanding of the business and attend networking events to keep up to date with local industry trends
Manage recruitment process end to end for multiple positions from raising requisitions through to offer stage.
Work with HRBPs, HR Operations and Hiring Managers to ensure the fulfilment of open positions
Build a strong reputation, connections and networks within the industry by delivering a personalised approach and an excellent experience.
Actively participate in all People and Talent Acquisition meetings
Collaborate closely with Talent Acquisition Lead peers, on a national and international level
Manage relationships with relevant vendors and ensures Tripledot Group's needs are being met
Follow defined processes and procedures and suggest improvement initiatives
Generate and analyse relevant reports and data in order to develop actionable recommendations
Stay up-to-date on American and Canadian labour legislation and inform recruiters and managers about changes in regulations
Some domestic and international travel by air or road may be required

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
Preferred previous experience in a Senior Talent Acquisition role (not counting agency recruitment)
Demonstrated ability to comfortably manage stakeholder expectations and relationships both internally and with external providers
Experience working on a wider range of roles, including technical and creative
Demonstrated experience in prioritising workloads in a high-volume recruitment environment
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Continuous improvement mindset that will appropriately and respectfully challenge the status quo where performance can be enhanced.
Basic project management skills
Comfortable working flexible hours and across multiple timezones as required.
