We are hiring one (1) Co-op, Talent Acquisition for the Spring/Summer Term with our Talent Acquisition team.What youll do:Well treat you as one of our own and your key areas of responsibility will include:

  • Conduct background checks.
  • Submit requests for pre-employment testing and assessments.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews; calling candidates, liaise with hiring managers, booking calendar appointments, and meeting rooms, sending confirmation e-mails.
  • Update requisitions in iCIMS on a daily basis and throughout recruitments.
  • Other recruitment-related projects as required.
  • As the successful candidate you will play a significant role in the recruitment process with the Corporate HR team.
Who you are:Working as a valued part of our Talent Acquisition team, you will bring:
  • Currently enrolled in post-secondary education studying Human Resources or Business and eligible for a Spring/Summer 2025 Co-op Term.
  • Experience in using SharePoint and applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as iCIMS, considered an asset.
  • Previous experience in a recruitment environment considered an asset.
  • Results oriented and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Proactive in nature with high level of energy.
  • Superior customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision, to multi-task and prioritize.
  • Ability to work well with a team as well as independently.
  • Experience with MS Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word) required.
