The Role



GeoComply is growing and we are looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator-Sourcer who shares a passion for hiring the best. This is an amazing opportunity for someone looking to broaden their experience and work in a top global recruiting team.


The Talent Acquisition Coordinator-Sourcer works closely with a team of recruiters in our fast-paced Global Talent Acquisition Team. This person will serve as an integral partner in managing day-to-day recruiting activities, ensuring a great experience for candidates, hiring managers and interviewers at GeoComply.

Key Responsibilites

  • Act as the candidate experience and Talent Acquisition Team organizational guru; ensuring a great experience for all candidates, hiring managers and interviewers.
  • Greet candidates in office for interviews, prepare hiring managers and interviewers for and ensure interview schedules are scheduled seamlessly.
  • Post & update job postings across various job boards and recruiting channels.
  • Schedule interviews with candidates.
  • Assist recruiters in gathering interview feedback and closing the loop with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Source candidates for a variety of roles.
  • Assist with ad hoc projects such as employer branding as assigned.
  • Work to build out our Lever ATS instance and find new efficiencies.
  • Contribute to sourcing projects and candidate outreach to drive new candidate acquisition.
  • Collaborate with our Recruiting team to ensure we hit our ambitious hiring goals.
  • Connect the recruiting process to larger post-hire culture initiatives.

Who You Are

  • 1-2 years of experience in recruiting coordination.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), preferably Lever.
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills and a self-starter attitude.
  • Passion for optimizing processes and improving the candidate experience.

The typical salary range for this position is from CAD $64,000-$96,000 annually. The base pay offered may vary depending on a variety of factors including, your qualifications, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
