TEMP MANDATE - 3 MONTHS

The position at a glance

As part of the Human Resources team, the Talent Acquisition Coordinator is supporting the full cycle of the recruitment process by collaborating very closely with the Talent Acquisition partners. Along the process your main focus will be the preparation of the first & final stages of the recruitment process. You are the key element to prepare the Onboarding and the candidate experience and help the new joiner upon his/her arrival if needed.

You will also be collaborating on various HR Initiatives.

In detail

\xc2\xb7 Work closely with Talent Acquisition Partners.

\xc2\xb7 Maintain internal and external postings for open positions, ensuring compliance to legal and diversity requirements.

\xc2\xb7 Complete the pre-employment activities including the background checks with our external vendor, prepare offer letters and manage on-boarding.

\xc2\xb7 Be the main point of contact for candidates from offer letter stage through new hire orientation.

\xc2\xb7 Initiate new hire paperwork for all new hires and track progress.

\xc2\xb7 Facilitate resolution of on-boarding issues for candidates, hiring managers, and talent acquisition partners.

\xc2\xb7 Coordinate data entry of new hires into different HR software.

\xc2\xb7 Create and maintain recruiting reports and manage other ad hoc reporting requests.

\xc2\xb7 Organize new hire folders and ensure completion prior to start date.

\xc2\xb7 Liaise with different teams to resolve issues related to the on-boarding process.

\xc2\xb7 Control the quality of data entry during all the hiring process.

Qualifications

The strengths and skills that will help you succeed

  • 1-3 years of previous work experience, preferably within Human Resources and/or recruiting
  • Strong Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Professionalism in dealing with confidentiality
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment
  • Ability to communicate in English and French.
  • Knowledge of PeopleSoft is a plus.
