Talent Acquisition Partner
to join their internal recruitment team. This company operates across complex, large-scale projects in both Canada and international markets and is seeking a TA professional who can build pipelines, source diverse talent globally, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do:
Proactively source and build pipelines for technical, project, and leadership-level roles (junior to senior/executive).
Lead full-cycle recruitment processes from sourcing to offer negotiation, with a strong focus on quality of hire.
Hunt locally (Canada) and internationally (US and global markets) to attract the right candidates.
Collaborate closely with internal partners to meet shared hiring goals.
Act as a brand ambassador and talent advisor, ensuring a best-in-class candidate experience.
Support special projects and recruitment initiatives as the organization continues to scale.
What You Bring:
Minimum
2+ years of experience in agency recruitment
, ideally blended with some in-house corporate talent acquisition.
Demonstrated ability to
source hard-to-find technical talent
across EPC or similar industries.
Expertise in
global sourcing strategies
with a proven ability to close candidates at all levels.
Consistent employment history with a focus on

Professional, mature, and team-focused communication style--you're known for being collaborative and "in it to win it".
Experience using ATS platforms and sourcing tools to drive efficient recruitment workflows.
