Position: Talent Acquisition Advisor
Location: Mississauga; hybrid
Job Type: Permanent
Are you a driven head-hunter with expertise in recruiting for complex engineering and niche roles? Are you resourceful, able to navigate and find qualified candidates for corporate, technical, and field services roles for both Canadian and US locations in the energy sector?
If yes, then you are the perfect candidate for this exciting opportunity!

Reporting into the HR Manager, you will have full cycle recruiting experience finding qualified professionals with specialized experience and skills needed for a niche market.
Main Responsibilities and Duties:

- Consult with management to identify personnel needs and conduct intake meetings to provide recruitment subject matter expertise for all departments with the ability to coach Hiring Managers about the hiring process
- Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need while maintaining candidate and job tracking within the ATS
- Develop and promote talent acquisition initiatives that improve the quality and efficiency of the company\'s recruitment processes

Requirements:

- Post-secondary education in Human Resources or related discipline
- At least 3 years of recruitment experience with proven success in sourcing and placing candidates within specified niches
- Excellent candidate search skills, with the ability to source active and passive candidates
- Demonstrated experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, including experience with Boolean sourcing
- Knowledge of the power industry and energy markets is a must
