Olde York Fish & Chips, a cherished dining establishment in Leaside, is seeking an independent and motivated individual to join our team as a Full-Time Morning Take-Out Staff member. If you excel in customer service, can manage tasks efficiently, and are detail-oriented, we invite you to apply for this position.

Responsibilities:

Take walk-in orders at the cash register, handle cash, and complete transaction payments. Answer phone calls and take phone orders accurately. Package orders following specific instructions to ensure quality. Maintain clear communication with the team and kitchen staff. Assist servers and managers with tasks in the dining room as needed. Prioritize tasks effectively and stay motivated during downtime. Ensure attention to detail, maintaining our high standards and neat system.

Requirements:

Ability to work independently during the morning shift. Strong task prioritization skills. Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic. Self-motivated and proactive during slower periods. Excellent attention to detail. Strong communication skills. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
