Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Tailor to join our team. As a Tailor, you will be responsible for providing high-quality alterations and repairs to garments, ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining the reputation of our business. This is a full-time position.

Duties:
- Perform alterations and repairs on various types of garments, including but not limited to pants, shirts, dresses, suits, and jackets
- Take accurate measurements to ensure proper fit and appearance
- Sew, hem, stitch, and mend garments using appropriate techniques and equipment
- Replace buttons, zippers, and other fasteners as needed
- Collaborate with customers to understand their specific alteration requests
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing any concerns or questions regarding alterations
- Maintain a clean and organized work area

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Tailor or similar role
- Proficient in using sewing machines, sergers, and other tailoring tools
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision
- Excellent customer service skills
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations
