We believe in purpose and connection, and this role is charged with continuous improvement, instilling a growth mindset, and creating a high-performing and thriving culture.Additionally, you will negotiate and finalize contracts with new partners for Tailor-Made services while nurturing relationships with influencers, hosts, co-branded and white-label groups. This role requires a dynamic and strategic thinker with an understanding of the travel market, exceptional relationship-building skills, and the ability to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.This is a full-time, permanent position, operating out of our office in Toronto, Canada on a hybrid basis. We are also open to candidates across Canada on a remote basis, providing they have experience working remotely in a global setting. The salary for this position is CAD$55,000 - $60,000 per year + commission, plus a great benefits package and many awesome perks.A love of travel is a must have! With it you\'ll bring:Experience in managing a high performing team and proven ability to achieve KPIsExposure to the travel industry and/or call center operationsPrevious team management experience, including training, coaching, and developmentExperience in defining and developing value propositions for partners and their customersExperience with and understanding of computer reservation systems and CRMsPrevious experience in managing budgets, achieving sales targets & contracting/contract performanceExperience managing external partners and identifying opportunities for partnership growth and collaboration.Proven ability to negotiate partnership agreements and build strong, mutually beneficial relationships with external partners.Demonstrable ability to build strong relationships, collaborate, communicate and influence internallyA bit about our people:Our team reflects the diversity of our customers and the communities we visit.
