Taekwondo Instructor
Job Description
Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Taekwondo Instructor to join our team. As an Instructor, you will play a vital role in educating and supporting our students.
Duties:
• Plan and deliver high-quality Taekwondo classes tailored to the needs and abilities of students.
• Teach fundamental techniques, forms (poomsae), sparring (kyorugi), self-defense, and other aspects of Taekwondo.
• Effectively communicate with students and families and inform about updates, events, and activities
• Handle phone calls and emails in a friendly and professional manner, assisting with various inquiries.
• Conduct facility tours and efficiently register new students
• Engage and supervise students during after-school programs, fostering a safe and enjoyable environment.
• Maintain cleanliness of the facility
Qualifications:
• Taekwondo Black Belt, approved by WT
• Previous experience as a Taekwondo instructor or assistant instructor is preferred
• Proficient in English & Korean
Schedule:
• Mon-Fri
• 3:30 PM - 6:30 PM
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $17.20-$18.00 per hour
