Competitive payKey Responsibilities:
Maintain a strong tactical presence to deter theft, disturbances, and unauthorized activity Conduct regular patrols inside the retail store and surrounding perimeter Respond to incidents using approved Use-of-Force techniques when required Safely detain individuals when necessary, following company protocols Complete accurate incident and daily activity reports Collaborate with store management and law enforcement as needed Utilize effective de-escalation and conflict-resolution skills
Requirements:
Valid Ontario Security Guard Licence
Use-of-Force Certification (mandatory)
Minimum 2 years of tactical security experience (required)
Tactical pants and tactical vest required
Physically fit and capable of detaining individuals when necessary Able to stand and remain active for long shifts Strong situational awareness and communication skills Previous retail security or loss-prevention experience is an assetWhy Join Us:
