This is a great position to work along side with the Calgary Police and other law enforcement agencies to help with that steppingstone into law enforcement.

Positions we are looking to fill:

4/4 12-hour rotational shifts. Individuals need to be able to work both days and nights.

What does a Tactical Mobile Patrol Guard do in Calgary?

• Patrolling in a variety of settings (mobile and foot)
• Enforcing property rules, city by-laws, and other applicable laws
• Identify the issues and reporting it to the Calgary Police or other agencies.
• De escalation of situations with verbal solutions
• Completing reports and memo book entries on a regular basis
• Responding to various types of emergencies (fire alarms/elevator entrapment/intrusion)
• Responding to alarms

Qualifications to become a Tactical Mobile Patrol Guard in Calgary?

• Valid Alberta Security Guard License
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous security experience (asset)
• Valid driver's license class 5 advanced with a clean record
• Computer skills and ability to write report
• Sense of observation and responsibility
• Honesty, autonomy and very good judgment
• Emotional Intelligence, critical thinking and manage stress
• Team spirit and excellent customer service
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
