Renesas is the silicon timing market leader. We are looking for a junior marketing engineer for our product line team. You will work closely with the Business Unit to support business activities and collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to set priorities and to meet operational goals and timelines. During this process, you will be able to learn how NPI products are developed from concept all the way to end of life.

What you\'ll learn :

• Top level view of hardware industry development from initial concept all the way to end of life.
• Semiconductor product development and real-world analog design trade-offs.
• In-depth understanding of timing products and next generation phase lock loop (PLL) products.
• Market intelligence of the industry trends in the world of semiconductor electronics.
• How to work with engineering team on trade-offs to achieve a realizable specification and schedule.
• Day-day business operations for semiconductor business at scale.

What you\'ll do:

• Tactical execution of marketing functions like day-to-day sample, price quotations, market opportunities, revenue tracking and deliver these reports in Excel, Power BI, and Jira.
• Collaborate with production team on each customer priorities, developments, and shipments.
• Develop automation scripts and business process flows for business data analysis processes.
• Manage customer customization requests on sampling and push for deliveries on various business systems across SAP, modelN, and Jira.
• Respond to sales and customer inquiries on product pricing, schedule, forecast, lifetime, and technical requests.
• Collaborate with corporate marketing team on product landing pages, sell-sheet, blogs, and other form of sales enablement tools.

Who you are:

• B.S. / M.S. degree in Engineering, Statistics, Data Science, Mathematics, or a similar technical background.
• 0-3 years of tactical marketing role, preferably in semiconductor industry
• Excel expertise with advanced knowledge of statistical analysis, charts, and formulas
• Proficiency in Python data analysis libraries (numpy, pandas, SciPy, pipenv\xe2\x80\xa6)
• Experienced with program management software platforms like Jira, WorkFront,\xe2\x80\xa6
• Ability to analyze processes and information, identify problems and trends, and develop effective solutions and strategies.
• Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment and work effectively with cross-functional teams and various levels of the organization.
• Must be a self-starter with good attitude to drive the business, requires minimum supervision to achieve business goals with multiple priorities running in parallel.
