Contract
$17.20/hr

The job involves:

• Dealing assigned games such as Blackjack, Spanish 21, Casino War, Minor Pokers

• Adhering to all rules of play, policies and procedures within a highly regulated environment
• Executing all cash, chip and credit transactions; balancing and reconciling chip trays
• Providing remarkable service, by recognizing and anticipating guests needs
• Working as one team under stressful conditions during high volume business levels
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Working safely and in compliance with OH&S policies and legislation
• Thorough knowledge of all activities and promotions occurring at our casino properties
• Flexibility to support a 24/7 operation

The ideal candidate has:

• Minimum 12 months of progressive Table Games dealing and/or gaming experience
• Training or certification to deal Blackjack and major game(s) such as Craps, Pai Gow Tiles, Roulette or Holdem Poker
• Exceptional communication and customer service skills
• Strong mathematical, balancing, adding and calculating skills
• Strict attention to detail
