contributions. We offer a
higher-than-average base salary

On top of the base salary, this role includes a
commission structure

cold calling. All calls are made to WARM leads or incoming
Training provided with proven-successful scripts and systems
In this role, you will handle inbound and outbound calls generated through the company's marketing activities, utilizing trained scripts to qualify motivated and action-ready leads. Your primary goal is to
screen the qualified and ready-to act clients and book appointments
for our Realtors, and nurture the rest for future appointments.
Key Responsibilities?
This is an
outbound phone SALES role
-- you will proactively reach out to warm leads (not cold calls) by phone or instant messaging to qualify them and book appointments for our sales team. It is
NOT
a passive call-center or reception role.
Engage prospects by phone calls or instant msg tools (WeChat/XHS...etc), driving down the sales funnel
Master the usage of CRM and customer engaging platforms, managing and optimizing consumer journey
Classify incoming prospects by stage and enter them into the CRM system
Answer incoming calls from prospects and other business parties
Through ongoing training, skillfully use script to qualify prospects and book appointments for sales team, by phone or instant messaging tools
Weekly report, propose optimazation ideas and raise flags to issues
Achieve weekly and monthly KPIs on "Showed Appointments Booked"
No COLD calls (all leads are warm), no solicitation, no face-to-face meeting
No Real Estate license required
5 days in Monday~Friday, 7 hrs/day; (Or 4 days in weekday + 1 day in weekend; 4.5 hours in the office during daytime, and 2.5 hours in the evening at home in weekdays; Work-from-home hours are flexible)
Incoming calls can come in off-hours, and are expected to be answered asap. They are mostly made by hottest leads with the highest success rate to appointments.
Compensation Structure
Base Salary:
$24.50/hour
Training & Probation Period (3 Months):
Stage 1 (Month 1 - Training):
$17.20/hour
Stage 2 (Months 2-3 - Trial):
$18.50/hour
Stage 3 (Month 4 onward - Fully Functional):
$24.50/hour
plus
performance-based commission
Commission is tiered and assessed semi-annually based on the number of firm deals closed
Full commission details will be provided during the in-person interview
Qualification:
Fluent in
Cantonese, Mandarin,
spoken and written, at a native or near-native level
English conversational
Have Sales or customer service related experience, while Telemarketing experience is a strong plus!
College degree or above, with excellent language and communication skills; enjoys and excels in interpersonal communication
Self-disciplined, with strong self-management, time and information management abilities
Goal oriented, love
