Make an impact with our Accounting Services team as a T1 Season Admin Support. This diverse team of professionals performs a variety of duties in support of our firm's business operations. As a trusted advisor, you'll identify challenges, problem solve and drive efficiencies while contributing to the success of our firm and our clients.


This opportunity is for a term beginning early March and ending in early May.

Responsibilities




Manage Personal Tax email inbox Update Personal T1 program Email electronic personal tax return packages to clients Assemble client's personal tax return packages and records Prepare client packages for mail out Other tax related and/or administrative responsibilities as assigned

Skills and Experience




Tax return assembly experience is preferred, but not required Proficiency using computers Strong attention to detail and time management skills Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks Ability to work effectively as a team Overtime hours will be required (evening and weekends)
